Board of Zoning Appeals

Residents and businesses have requested variances to our zoning and land use regulations. Through serving and hearing their needs, I have a clearer understanding of how Red Bank can support our community.

Steering Committee for Zoning and Land Use

Using data, community input, and the comprehensive plan, we provide guidance during the development of zoning and land use updates for more effective community development and transparency. Consistent codes that are easy to use lead to better planning.

Residents and business owners should have easy access to understand how they can use their property.

Red Bank City Budget Workshop (2025 and 2026)

I went to all annual budget workshop sessions to understand the city’s financial planning and details of department expenses, revenue breakdowns, and city partnerships. Knowing this will let me make more informed decisions about budget oversight and spending.

Citizen Advisory Board (CAB) for Charter Review

For the first time in 26 years, this CAB met to evaluate and propose updates to our city’s charter. The experience has provided insight into Red Bank’s history what we are able to do as a city.

SPECIAL NOTICE: This year, our ballot will include a referendum to update our city charter. The charter is currently out of date and not in alignment with state law.
